LENA Device Limited Warranty

The LENA device (including the battery) is warrantied against manufacturer defects for the first year of ownership. Assuming the LENA device has been used as intended and has not been tampered with or physically damaged, we will replace it free of charge. The defective device must be returned to LENA to be eligible for warranty replacement. LENA reserves the right to replace the LENA device or other components with refurbished parts at its discretion.

LENA Device Warranty Replacement Instructions

To initiate your in-warranty device replacement, contact LENA Technical Support at support@lena.org or by calling +1.303.441.9072. Provide the device serial number and a description of the issue. For all eligible devices you will receive a Warranty Replacement Form and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a pre-approved Warranty Replacement Form. The cost to return the defective device is the customer’s responsibility; LENA covers the cost to ship the replacement.

Clothing Return Policy

Clothing may be returned or exchanged in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a clothing exchange, contact support@lena.org to request a clothing exchange form.
