If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your LENA device or LENA clothing, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund, no questions asked.
LENA Device Limited Warranty
The LENA device (including the battery) is warrantied against manufacturer defects for one year from the original purchase date. Assuming the LENA device has been used as intended and has not been tampered with, we will repair or replace it free of charge. The defective device must be returned for warranty to be valid.
If your device is no longer under warranty, send it in to receive an estimate of repair costs. Upon your authorization, we will repair and return it to you.
LENA reserves the right to replace the LENA device or other components with refurbished parts at its discretion.
Please note that the warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Clothing Return Policy
Clothing may be returned or exchanged in its original packaging for up to 30 days from the purchase date. You will be charged the difference in price for any clothing exchanged for a higher-priced garment.

- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (returns will not be accepted without an RMA number)
